House of Workouts celebrates 20 years of innovation in group fitness 

Voorburg, Monday, March 3, 2025 – House of Workouts, a Dutch-origin group fitness brand, is celebrating its 20th anniversary and reflecting on two decades of innovation and growth. What started as a national initiative has evolved into an international phenomenon, with a solid presence in several European countries. The flagship program XCORE® has proven to be an essential part of the group fitness community and continues to motivate thousands of fitness enthusiasts.

Since its launch in 2005, XCORE® has made its way into hundreds of fitness clubs in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Spain. With the recent release of the 80th XCORE® release, House of Workouts continues its international expansion, reaching an ever-growing audience.

From Dutch startup to international player
